Bugged Mission

I got to the mission where you're supposed to reach the capitol building. However every time I start the mission the tank and jeep that spawn in front of you go from green to a tan or white color before they start trying to kill me.

On occasion the jeep has stayed green, but it's always manned by a NPC Green Soldier preventing me from driving it and will fire at the tank which has never done this. It's getting real annoying because it's obvious that you need the tank or jeep to this mission.

This has happened to me too except not as frequently
